End User License Agreement (EULA)

 

1. Introduction

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and StackApp Infotech (“Developer”) regarding your use of the GPS Map Camera - Geo Stamp software application (“Software”).

By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not install or use the Software.

If you are using the Software on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this EULA.

2. License Grant

The Developer grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the Software on your devices in accordance with this EULA.

You may:

  • Install and use the Software on a device you own or control.

  • Use the Software for personal and non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

  • Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software.

  • Merge the Software into other software or decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble it.

  • Reproduce, distribute, rent, lease, or resell the Software for commercial purposes.

  • Allow a third party to use the Software on your behalf.

  • Use the Software in any unlawful way or in violation of applicable laws.

  • Use the Software in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the app’s services.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and database rights, in and to the Software remain the property of StackApp Infotech.

4. Updates and Changes

The Developer may, at their discretion, provide updates, enhancements, or modifications to the Software. Continued use of the Software after such updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.

The Developer is not obligated to provide any maintenance, support, or future updates.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective from the date of first use until terminated. You may terminate this EULA at any time by deleting the Software from your devices.

The Developer may terminate this EULA without notice if you breach any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies from your devices.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Software.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from the use of or inability to use the Software.

8. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
